About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our dealer team and drive sales activities across the Bangalore and Coimbatore regions.

This is a field-based sales role involving customer visits, lead generation, business development, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and business needs.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and applications.
- Coordinate with the dealer team to follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and regularly update customer and lead information.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in equipment, machinery, automotive, construction, industrial, or related sectors.
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period are preferred.
