We are a growing Travel Agency specializing in Domestic and International Tours, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented, and result-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through online platforms, social media, referrals, networking, and other business development channels.
- Respond to and manage leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners for smooth execution of tours.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.




- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute ideas for increasing business.
- Stay updated on popular destinations, travel trends, packages, and promotional offers.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in travel sales, holiday packages, or the travel & tourism industry.
- Proven ability to generate, follow up, and convert leads.
- Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in selling domestic and international holiday packages will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
