Role Description The Sales Engineer will work full time on-site in Ludhiana, engaging directly with customers to understand their manufacturing needs and recommend appropriate CNC machine tool solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations, preparing quotations and proposals, and following up on leads to drive sales growth. The role involves providing basic technical support during pre- and post-sales stages, coordinating with internal and principal teams, and ensuring a smooth handover to installation and service teams.





The Sales

Engineer will maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, timely communication, and proactive problem-solving, while tracking opportunities and reporting sales activities to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate technical features into practical perks for customers.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle customer queries, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of CNC machines, metal cutting and forming processes, or industrial machinery applications.
- Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Candidates should be willing to travel for customer visits, be proficient with basic office and CRM tools, and demonstrate a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
