Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Delhi.

The Sales

Engineer will identify and pursue sales opportunities for telecom, testing, and measurement products, engage with potential and existing customers, and prepare proposals and quotations.

Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and coordinating with internal teams and international partners to address customer requirements.



The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving technical queries, and supporting installations and training to ensure effective product usage.

The Sales

Engineer will also contribute to market research, participate in industry events, and provide regular sales and activity reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Customer Service skills, focused on building long-term relationships and meeting customer needs.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
- Relevant experience in telecom, electronics, or testing and measurement instruments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, travel to customer locations when required, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
