? CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics & Communication

OR Science Graduate with valuable technical knowledge

OR MBA in Marketing

Candidates with relevant industrial sales experience will be preferred.

? Key Responsibilities

Generate sales from existing customers and develop new leads and business opportunities.

Identify, approach, and convert current clients and customers.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Generate leads through direct sales, networking, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Handle B2B sales, prepare proposals/quotations, and follow up with customers.

Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.





Maintain and regularly update the customer database.

Support the Sales Manager in implementing effective sales strategies.

Handle payment follow-ups and coordinate for payment collection.

- Travel extensively across PAN India locations*as required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong Go-Getter attitude

Good negotiation and convincing skills

Strong understanding of sales and business development

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Email

Fluency in English and Hindi

Ability to understand and explain technical/industrial products

Willingness to travel extensively across India

Ability to work collaboratively with different teams

Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach
