Role Description The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing daily administrative and operational activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities include preparing and tracking quotations, coordinating follow-ups with prospective and existing clients, and maintaining accurate records of inquiries, proposals, and contracts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, responding to client queries, and assisting with scheduling meetings and presentations.

The Sales





Coordinator will also help generate reports, monitor sales performance metrics, and contribute to improving sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, including tracking leads, managing pipelines, and supporting contract processes.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, skilled manner.
- Ability to work with MS Office or similar tools for documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales support, coordination, or facility management services is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
