- Role Description

Creo Homes is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Architectural Design Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience in handling leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers

Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate Creo Homes’ architectural design services

Support the sales team in lead qualification, follow-ups, meetings,



and conversions

Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM

Coordinate with internal design and sales teams for customer requirements

Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales documents

Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships

Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the reporting manager

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role

Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries will be an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills

Good coordination and organizational abilities

Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office/Google Workspace

Target-oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malayalam
