The RoleAs a Sales & Business Development Executive, you’ll be one of the key people helping Flyeronic grow.

You’ll be responsible for finding new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting them into long-term clients.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership, bring ideas to the table, solve problems, and work as a team member rather than just an employee.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, messages, networking, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable Flyeronic services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into clients.
- Work closely with the team for smooth client onboarding and execution.
- Take ownership of assigned targets and responsibilities.
- Share ideas and actively contribute to the growth of Flyeronic.

Who We’re Looking For
- Someone with good communication and convincing skills.
- A proactive person who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
- Someone who is comfortable talking to current people and building relationships.
- A target-oriented person with a genuine interest in sales and business growth.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
- Freshers are welcome if they have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
