SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE Department: Business Development / Sales Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and generating revenue for the Ahmedabad Branch through Security, Manpower and Facility Management services.

Key Responsibilities •

- Identify and develop recent B2B business opportunities across Ahmedabad. •
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, market research and field visits. •
- Establish relationships with HR, Administration, Facility, Procurement and Management teams. •
- Conduct client meetings and understand security and manpower requirements. •
- Coordinate site visits and prepare client requirements. •
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers in coordination with management. •
- Conduct regular follow-ups and negotiate with prospective clients. •
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and contracts. •




- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up. •
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets. •
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations and conversions. •
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Branch Manager.

Preferred Candidate

Profile • 2–4 years of relevant B2B sales/business development experience. •

Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Staffing/Manpower or related industries will be preferred. •

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. •
- Ability to independently handle client meetings and business development activities. •
- Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets. •
- Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad business market. •
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation ₹

- Upto 20,000 per month + Performance Incentives Compensation will be based on experience and suitability.
