Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT International Sales Executive who can drive business growth by acquiring new international clients and maintaining strong relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT services, and the ability to close deals in a competitive global market.

--Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads from international markets (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
- Handle outbound/inbound sales processes (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services/solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical teams for project delivery




- Maintain CRM and sales reports

- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Solid negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in IT services sales (Web, Mobile App, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work in night shifts (for international markets)
