Role Description The Sales Associate will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, engaging directly with customers to understand their stone requirements and recommend suitable products.

Responsibilities include managing walk-in and referred clients, providing product information, preparing quotations, and supporting order processing and follow-ups. The role involves coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery, maintaining updated records of leads and sales, and contributing to showroom presentation and merchandising.





The Sales

Associate will also assist in building long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and retail customers, while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about natural stone products, including marble, granite, and Kota stone.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with transparent and professional presentation abilities.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and basic computer tools for quotations, order tracking, and record keeping.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple customer requests and tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in retail, building materials, or interior design sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends or extended hours as required by business needs.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
