Role Description The Sales Associate role at Truevisory Realty is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, conduct property presentations and site visits, and provide detailed information on available inventory and investment options. This role involves maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, and supporting the closing of sales transactions in alignment with company processes.

Associate will also collaborate with the internal team to stay updated on market trends, pricing, and promotional offers, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities to manage client expectations and foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales and negotiation skills to convert leads, present property options, and support closing deals.
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in the NCR region, or willingness to quickly learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in using common office and CRM tools for managing leads, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or consulting is an advantage but not mandatory.
