Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Associate will engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable natural products from the company’s portfolio. Daily responsibilities include managing in-store and B2B inquiries, explaining product features and benefits, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves coordinating with the inventory and logistics teams, following up on leads,



and supporting promotional activities to drive sales growth.

Associate will contribute to a positive customer experience and uphold the company’s standards in service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Basic knowledge or interest in herbal products, nutraceuticals, or natural health and wellness.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, respectful interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use basic computer applications for order entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or herbal/nutritional products is an advantage.
- Completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work in office in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
