Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and promote Grid Floors’ luxury wooden flooring and construction services. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, giving product presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating sales agreements.

The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, gathering market insights, supporting brand visibility through events or digital outreach,



and collaborating with project and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and address their needs professionally.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B or B2C environments.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training abilities to guide teams, support sales processes, and help onboard or coach new team members.
- Relevant experience in construction, building materials, or interior products (such as flooring) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage field visits, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in sales and marketing.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
