Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs, preparing sales reports, and providing training and support to the sales team.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for the sales team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
