Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Agra. The specialist will promote GAME’s courses and study materials, engage with prospective learners and parents, and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to conversion. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining course offerings, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience offline and via phone or digital channels.

The role also involves coordinating local marketing activities, supporting promotional events and seminars, maintaining accurate sales records,



and collaborating with academic and operations teams to align messaging with learner needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present course offerings clearly, counsel learners effectively, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to queries professionally, build trust, and ensure a positive experience for learners and parents.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, conduct follow-ups, close enrollments, and meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support orientation sessions, guide junior team members, and contribute to the planning and monitoring of sales activities.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in education sales or counseling, familiarity with competitive exam preparation markets, and basic proficiency with CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, robust interpersonal skills, comfort with face-to-face interactions, and the ability to work flexible hours when needed for events or peak admission periods are beneficial.
