Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Meerut, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving room and event bookings, building and nurturing corporate and travel agency relationships, and promoting the group’s properties across offline and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with content and collateral creation,



and participating in local promotions and partnerships to increase brand visibility. The specialist will collaborate with operations and front-office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and consistent communication of brand standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests, partners, and internal teams professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to convert leads, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and guide team members on sales processes and service standards.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or service-oriented industries is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Meerut, manage time effectively, and travel to properties or partners as needed.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
