Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, present suitable investment solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for products such as bonds, fixed income instruments, and mutual funds. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing clear information on product features, risks, and advantages.

The role involves supporting marketing initiatives, contributing to campaigns and promotional activities,



and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition. The specialist will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on market trends and product offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven Customer Service experience, with a client-first mindset and ability to handle queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Training or coaching clients or team members on products, processes, or investment basics.
- Exposure to Sales Management activities such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and supporting sales strategy execution.
- Understanding of financial markets and investment products (bonds, mutual funds, fixed income) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
