Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Professional – HVAC, based in Uttarakhand, India. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing lead generation, and conducting client meetings and site visits to understand HVAC requirements across residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare segments. The skilled will prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers, while coordinating closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate solutions and smooth project execution.

Daily activities include maintaining strong customer relationships,



providing after-sales support, and handling inquiries to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The role also includes planning and implementing sales and marketing campaigns, tracking market trends and competitors, and preparing regular reports and forecasts to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business development, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support client education, product demonstrations, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Relevant experience in HVAC or building services industry, with understanding of HVAC systems, basic technical concepts, and project cycles.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits, and manage multiple client engagements in Uttarakhand and surrounding regions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms for reporting and client communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and time management skills, with a results-oriented and ethical approach to sales.
