Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support Groomsta’s growth by assisting with lead generation, outreach to salons and grooming professionals, and follow-ups with prospective partners in Gurugram and nearby regions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers and partners, helping manage social media and digital marketing campaigns,



and supporting promotional activities and events. The intern will collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations, track performance metrics, and contribute to training materials for partner onboarding.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to support Sales activities, including lead generation, prospect outreach, and relationship building.
- Interest in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to assist in onboarding and guiding grooming professionals and salon partners.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms; familiarity with Excel or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup from Gurugram, with some field visits and partner meetings as needed.
