Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Hosur. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting Promech’s sheet metal enclosure solutions to targeted markets. The Sales and Marketing Executive will prepare and deliver product presentations, negotiate quotations and contracts, and coordinate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Daily responsibilities include market research, lead generation, follow-up on inquiries,



maintaining an updated sales pipeline, and preparing regular sales and marketing reports. The role also requires contributing to marketing campaigns, attending industry events when needed, and supporting brand visibility across relevant channels.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in sales planning, business development, and client relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new market segments.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with clear written and verbal skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial or manufacturing products, ideally sheet metal fabrication or electrical enclosures.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in B2B industrial sales or marketing is an advantage, especially in LV/MV switchgear or enclosure manufacturing.
