Role Description The Safety Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Nandurbar, responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe working environment across Integrum Energy’s renewable energy projects and facilities. This role involves conducting regular site inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations and company policies.

Officer will develop and implement safety procedures, deliver safety training and toolbox talks, and support occupational health initiatives for all personnel on site.



Daily tasks include monitoring incident reporting, leading accident investigations, maintaining safety documentation, and coordinating with project and operations teams to mitigate risks.

Officer also liaises with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed to uphold legal and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health, including applicable regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in Accident Investigation, including root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and incident reporting.
- Experience managing site Security measures, with the ability to coordinate with local security services and internal teams.
- Ability to design and deliver effective Safety Training programs, workshops, and briefings for diverse site personnel.
- Relevant technical or safety qualification (e.g., diploma/degree in safety engineering, occupational health, or related field; NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certifications preferred).
- Experience working in industrial, construction, or renewable energy environments, ideally on solar, wind, or hybrid projects.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence safe behaviors and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach to risk assessment, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in safety performance.
