RESPONSIBILITIES The role of this position may include but not be limited to the objective responsibilities as listed below (KPIs):

1. Service Delivery:

- Act as a custodian and process owner for the PTP, OTC & Record to Report for their respective region.
- Ensure adherence to approved budget and reporting timelines for one's region/processes.
- Guide the team leads on the exception handling and issue resolution that are not resolved at Team lead level.
- Manage escalations from Team Leads.
- Be an expert on the subject matter including the compliance requirements pertaining to one's process area/cluster to enable the desired business outcomes.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to audit queries and information requests.
- Create a robust system for escalation handling and ensure all policies, procedures are followed.
- Monitor and report KPI for their region/processes.
- Responsible for governance of their region/processes.

2. People Management:

- Ensure balanced allocation of work among the Team Leads.
- Create training plan for the team.
- Ensure continuous development and training of staff including attrition management.

3. Operational Excellence

- Prepare business case for the initiatives related to operational excellence.
- Participate in the socializing and sign off of the initiatives.
- Define the success measures.
- Evaluate the post implementation impact and own the desired business outcomes.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION





CA / ICWA or CA Inter or MBA Finance (Full Time)

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8+ years of managerial and decision making role experience with 16+ years' experience in RTR,PTP,OTC

- Experience in working and leading in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience in managing people and GCC/GBS operations and experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience in interfacing with business customers while defining RTR,PTP,OTC service requirements
- Experience in RTR, PTP, OTC process improvement and root cause analysis
- Experience in a senior reporting & accounting or business control role at BU or Shared Service Center (GCC), with exposure to relevant enabling technology and ERP systems SAP must (S4 HANA preferred)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Strong understanding of ECM/BPM tools for finance processes
- Ensure support and sponsorship for transformational or improvement projects by building strong stakeholder relationships in a highly changing environment and by sharing actionable insights from process performance analysis, best practices and benchmarks.
- Stay cognizant of the functioning of different ERPs across different locations, to be able to assist and resolve issues
