Role Description This full-time RTL Design Engineer role is an on-site position located in the Bengaluru and Noida. The RTL Design Engineer will design, implement, and optimize digital hardware blocks and IPs using RTL languages, ensuring functional correctness and alignment with system-level specifications.

Responsibilities include integrating IPs into SoCs, collaborating with verification, physical design, and firmware teams, and participating in reviews for architecture, micro-architecture, and design quality. The role involves writing clean, synthesizable RTL code, performing logic synthesis and timing analysis, and supporting validation and debug activities.



The engineer will also contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement of design flows and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong Design Engineering skills with 5+ years experience in RTL design, IP development, and SoC integration.
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, including digital electronics, semiconductor fundamentals, and hardware architectures.
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for synthesis, place-and-route, simulation, and timing analysis.
- Exposure to Product Design concepts, including requirements analysis, design-for-test, and design-for-reliability.
- Proficiency in HDL/RTL languages (e.g., Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL) and familiarity with UVM-based verification environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and solve complex design problems.
- Experience with scripting languages (such as Python, Perl, or TCL) and version control systems is an advantage.
- Background in SoC design flows, clock-domain crossing, low-power design techniques, or FPGA prototyping is beneficial.
