Role Description The Robotics with Physical AI Trainer is a part-time remote role responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on training in robotics and applied AI. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting virtual lessons that integrate robotics platforms with physical AI concepts, designing practical exercises and projects, and guiding learners through troubleshooting and experimentation. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt instructional materials to different skill levels.

This role also involves collaborating with the curriculum team to refine course content, staying current with emerging robotics and AI tools, and maintaining a supportive, inclusive online classroom environment.

Qualifications





- Robust foundation in robotics, physical computing, and applied AI, with experience using common robotics platforms and sensors.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver technical training or instruction, including lesson planning, hands-on project guidance, and learner assessment.
- Relevant coaching and instructional skills such as Sports Coaching and Fitness Instruction that reflect experience in motivating, mentoring, and guiding learners toward goals.
- Experience with individual and group training methodologies, including Personal Training and Circuit Training, that translate to structured, progressive skill-building in educational settings.
- Knowledge of Nutrition or wellness concepts that support holistic learner performance and sustained engagement in intensive training programs.
- Clear, inclusive communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with digital collaboration and learning tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, Education) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring in STEM or AI-related subjects is highly beneficial.
