Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Robotics Engineer.

The Robotics

Engineer will design, develop, and test robotic systems and automation solutions that align with the company’s product roadmap, including safety-focused monitoring and control systems. Daily responsibilities include modeling and simulating robotic mechanisms, writing and integrating control software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure reliable performance. The role involves analyzing data from prototypes, troubleshooting hardware and software issues,



and iterating designs for improved efficiency, stability, and scalability.

The Robotics

Engineer will also document designs, participate in design reviews, and support deployment and maintenance of solutions in industrial and utility environments.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Robotics, including kinematics, control systems, and embedded or electromechanical integration.
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving, system modeling, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Process Automation, industrial control, and implementation of automated workflows or monitoring systems.
- Software Development skills, preferably in languages such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB, and familiarity with simulation tools or ROS.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and presenting technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of industrial safety standards, sensor integration, IoT or edge computing, and real-time systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting.
