We are looking for energetic Relationship Officers with a robust interest in Direct Sales. The candidate must have a proven track record in CASA Sales, Open Market Sales, Field Sales, Liabilities Sales, SIP, Insurance, and FD. This is a full-time role and not a remote job.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquisition of savings/current accounts from the open market.
- Accomplish sales targets set by the organisation.
- Promote and sell financial products and services.
- Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Requirements:

- Fresher or up to 2 years.



of experience in direct sales from the BFSI industry.
- Proven experience in CASA Sales, Open Market Sales, Field Sales, Liabilities Sales, SIP, Insurance, and FD.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.
