Job Title:Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with strong video editing capabilities — someone who brings high-level creative thinking, refined design sense, and the ability to deliver visually striking content across static, motion, and video formats. This role requires a designer who can elevate the brand’s visual output and create content that stands out in terms of quality, storytelling, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop premium-quality static creatives for campaigns, product showcases, brand communication, and digital ads.
- Edit visually strong videos with clean transitions, narrative flow, motion elements, and platform-first storytelling.
- Create motion graphics, text animations, overlays, and dynamic visual elements that enhance brand presence.
- Translate concepts, scripts, and ideas into polished designs and videos that align with brand identity.
- Lead the visual direction for campaigns, reels, thumbnails, and digital brand assets.




- Maintain design consistency while improving the overall visual standard of the brand.
- Adapt creatives for various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and ad placements.
- Manage multiple design and video projects with clear ownership and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of proven experience in both high-quality graphic design and video editing.
- Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute content that is visually sharp, modern, and brand-forward.
- Solid understanding of composition, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in crafting motion-led visuals that add depth and character to content.
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced-level static creatives, motion graphics, and video projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sarat Bose Road, West Bengal
