Job Summary:
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating attractive and brand-aligned visual displays in stores that drive customer engagement and increase sales. This role involves designing layouts, arranging merchandise, and ensuring that the store aesthetics reflect the brand’s luxury and fashion ethos.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store’s overall look and feel.
- Create window displays, in-store arrangements, and seasonal themes that align with brand identity.
- Plan and execute layouts for new collections, promotions, and events.
- Train store staff on basic visual merchandising techniques.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Solid sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of color theory, space planning, and fashion trends.
- Creativity with practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with design tools or software (Photoshop, CorelDRAW preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
