JOB DESCRIPTION:

-
- Attending outbound and inbound voice process.
- Earning fixed salary, provident fund, incentives, appraisal, and growth.
- Working on back-office helping customer enqueries, queries, pitching new products, genrating new leads.
- Focus on sales, support and solving queries escalation of the customers.
- Doing follow-ups on appointment basis.
