Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing monthly social media content calendars
- Coordinate with design and video teams for creatives, reels, and stories
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Monitor comments, messages, and queries and ensure timely responses
- Support influencer outreach, coordination, and tracking deliverables
- Track content performance and maintain basic analytics reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest recent content ideas
- Support contest execution, giveaways, and campaign activities
- Maintain content repository and posting tracker
- Coordinate internally for product samples required for shoots and collaborations

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Basic knowledge of reels, short video formats, and trend-based content




- Good coordination and communication skills
- Organized approach with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in kids/toy category will be an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
