- B.Com / M.Com / MBA - Finance (Commerce graduate or postgraduate)

Responsibilities -

- Robust PTP (Procure-to-Pay) domain expertise and accounting knowledge
- Proven experience in managing large teams (100+ FTEs)
- Ability to identify process gaps and drive improvement opportunities
- Strong review and control mechanism knowledge
- Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure all Delivery/Group Lead deliverables are completed on time, fully compliant with relevant standards and policies, and accurately reported
- Ensure adherence to all SLA and KPI targets
- Handle quality control activities and support internal/external audits
- Prepare and review dashboards for performance metrics and service levels
- Support teams with AP/AR domain knowledge as required
- Leadership & Escalation Management




- Manage escalations effectively and maintain high client satisfaction
- Participate in all strategic decision-making discussions with the customer
- Look for business opportunities to enable revenue growth
- Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Actively engage in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve process performance
- Drive transformation through process simplification, automation, and cost optimization
