Job Title: E-commerce Account Expert

Job Summary

An E-commerce Account Expert is responsible for managing and growing online marketplace accounts (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). The role focuses on optimizing product listings, driving sales, handling operations, and ensuring account health.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, keywords, descriptions, images)
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries
- Run and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams
- Plan pricing strategies and promotional campaigns

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces
- Experience with listing tools and seller dashboards




- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings
- Data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ads and campaign management

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3+ years experience in e-commerce account management (preferred)

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout
- Knowledge of digital marketing (PPC, SEO)
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management
