Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment 7 talent aquisition for various roles
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle offer rollouts, follow‑ups, and onboarding coordination.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Executives experienced in recruitment of Sales and Marketing profiles for BFSI Industry would have added advantage
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indeed/Naukri/LinkedIn/ATS tools.
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
- Well networked

Job Loaction : Andheri west (walkable distance from Andheri station)

Office Hours : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm - Mon to sat (Except 2nd and 4th Saturday)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
