Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform issue analysis, debugging, and root cause identification:
- Handle Baan configurations, integrations, and system administration activities
- Support business users by understanding functional requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements, fixes, and deployments
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation




- Participate in shift-based support during 2 PM to 11 PM working hours

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Baan support or development
- Mandatory experience with Baan ERP:
- Good understanding of:
- Baan integrations
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Configuration and administration
- Expertise in any one or more areas:
- Functional
- Technical
- Techno-Functional
- System Administration
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
