Role Overview

At Dhiya Couture, a Fashion Stylist is the face of the brand—someone who blends style expertise with a strong sales mindset. This role goes beyond selling garments; it is about creating a personalized, memorable experience for every client who walks in.

You will work closely with clients to understand their occasions, preferences, and personalities, and curate looks that not only reflect Dhiya’s design language but also drive confident purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Styling & Experience:




- Welcome and engage with walk-in and appointment-based clients
- Understand client requirements (occasion, budget, preferences)
- Curate complete looks including outfits, dupattas, and accessories
- Assist clients during trials and provide honest, confident styling advice
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business

Sales & Conversion:
- Convert walk-in clients into paying customers through effective communication
- Drive individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Upsell and cross-sell by suggesting add-ons and complete looks
- Handle billing coordination and ensure smooth purchase experience

Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of collections, fabrics, fits, and pricing
- Clearly communicate product features, customization options, and timelines
- Stay updated on current launches and ongoing trends

Store Coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and presenta
