Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountancy
- Business Studies
- Prepare lesson plans in alignment with curriculum guidelines (CBSE Board).
- Conduct classroom teaching using interactive and innovative methods.
- Evaluate and assess student performance through tests, assignments, and exams.
- Provide remedial support to weak students and enrichment for advanced learners.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning.
- Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Integrate technology into teaching wherever possible.

Key Skills Required:
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills
- Classroom management
- Student engagement and mentoring
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, smart boards, etc.)
