They manage patient grievances, facilitate communication, handle feedback, and improve the hospital’s public image through community outreach and effective branding.
Key responsibilities and functions include:
- Patient Experience & Support: Assisting with admission, navigation, and discharge processes to ensure a smooth, patient-centric journey.
- Grievance Redressal: Addressing patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Liaison Function: Acting as a bridge between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and management for better coordination.
- Public Image & Outreach: Fostering community trust through outreach initiatives, health camps,
and media management.
- Information Sharing: Explaining hospital policies, procedures, rights, and responsibilities to patients and their families.
- Corporate and Insurance Relations: Managing relationships with corporate clients and handling insurance-related communication.
