Key Responsibilities
- Identify and empanel vendors for hiring of construction machinery (cranes, hydra, TM, excavators, trailers, etc.).
- Arrange transportation for machinery, materials as per site requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare rates, and negotiate best commercial terms.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders / Hire Orders as per company process.
- Coordinate with site teams for requirement planning and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of hired equipment.
- Maintain vendor database and rate contracts for machinery and transporters.
- Track hire period, usage, and billing to avoid excess costs.
- Coordinate with Accounts for timely payments.
- Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, replacements, and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and legal documents (RC, insurance, permits, etc.).

Skills & Competencies
- Already have good connects & database of Vendors in industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of construction machinery and logistics




- Cost control and commercial understanding
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent site requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Mechanical / Civil preferred)
- 10 years of experience in machinery hiring and transportation in construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience in bridge, flyover, or large infrastructure projects is an added advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
