Job Title: Pre-Primary Coordinator

Location: Ranchi
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 per month
Experience Required: 7 to 10 Years (in CBSE School)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the academic planning and execution of the pre-primary curriculum as per Central Board of Secondary Education guidelines:
- Supervise and mentor pre-primary teachers to ensure effective classroom management and teaching methodologies
- Design age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and assessments
- Monitor student progress and ensure holistic development (cognitive, social, emotional, and physical)
- Conduct regular teacher training sessions and workshops
- Ensure a secure, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment
- Coordinate with parents through meetings, feedback sessions, and school events
- Maintain records related to student performance, attendance, and staff performance
- Plan and organize co-curricular activities, events, and celebrations
- Ensure compliance with school policies and CBSE norms

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a CBSE school, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or coordinator role
- Strong knowledge of CBSE framework for early years education
- Passionate about child development and innovative teaching practices
- Ability to handle administrative and academic responsibilities efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
