Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist in day-to-day operational tasks. The role involves supporting team members, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading materials
- Support staff in daily operational activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Handle and move items safely as per instructions
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies
- Perform basic tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Help in packing, sorting, and labeling (if required)

Requirements:
- Basic education (10th/12th preferred)
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in similar role (optional)
- Basic understanding of workplace safety

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
