Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via chat support
- Deliver clear and accurate written solutions
- Assist customers with both service-related and sales-related concerns
- Maintain quality and efficiency in customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Good written communication skills in English
- Qualification: 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate
- Basic knowledge of computers required
- Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
