Job Summary

The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing and strengthening placement activities across multiple campuses by building strong relationships with recruiters and ensuring successful student placements.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to understand hiring needs
- Identify and develop new partnerships with companies and industry stakeholders
- Represent the institution at career fairs, networking events, and industry forums
- Collaborate with academic departments and alumni to enhance placement opportunities
- Support students in resume building, interview preparation, and career planning
- Understand student expectations and provide industry feedback

Requirements & Key Skills




- Solid networking and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of market trends and industry requirements
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of digital platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of education-to-employment transition

Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in placements or similar roles
