With 2.5+ lakh health transactions, MedoPlus operates clinics across Barabanki (Ramnagar, Suratganj, Dariyabad, Tikaitganj), offering OPD, pharmacy (PHARMACY WORLD) lab tests, insurance, health loans, Ayushman services, and eye care (EYE WORLD)._
- Each clinic is supported by trained staff and a network of 25+ village-based MedoMITRs. MedoPlus is a recipient of FICCI Healthcare Excellence Award 2024, Sankalp Award 2024, and Swiss Re Foundation Award 2023. The organization aims to scale to 100 clinics across India in the next 3 years._
- Role Summary_
- Responsible for driving patient footfall and revenue through channel partner management, field outreach, and local engagement, while supporting clinic sales targets._
- Key Responsibilities_
- _Execute sales and field activities in coordination with the Clinic Manager_
- _Identify, onboard,
and manage Channel Partners in the catchment area_
- _Generate patient leads for OPD and hospital services_
- _Support health camps, outreach activities, and local marketing initiatives_
- _Train and engage Channel Partners to ensure productivity_
- _Coordinate with clinic team and maintain robust field relationships_
- _Submit daily/weekly activity reports_
- _Drive patient conversions and contribute to GHV/revenue targets_

- Qualifications & Experience_
