Job Title:
Executive - QA / QC

Department: Quality Assurance

Location: Pithampur

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), in-process, and finished goods (FG).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and company policies.
- Perform laboratory tests to verify and validate product quality.
- Analyse data from inspections and tests to identify deviations, trends, and improvement areas.
- Maintain comprehensive records of testing, inspection results, and QC documentation.
- Generate quality performance reports and highlight key findings to management.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and maintain product consistency.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation and process information.
- Train production and QC staff on quality procedures, best practices, and standard operating processes.

Technical Knowledge:
- Quality Management Systems (QMS)




- Incoming & In-Process Quality Inspection
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- 5S Workplace Management
- ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Diaper Technology (preferred for personal care/FMCG industry)
- Legal Metrology (LM) Rules for Packaged Commodities
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in laboratory testing, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with quality control software and documentation systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
