To enhance the brand value of Apollo among the prospective patients and medical community by using the right mix of Sales & Marketing channels.
- Develop Tie Ups with hospitals and clinics for referrals. Provide support to junior staff in this process.
- Prepare, plan, develop, and implement complete action plans for sales and marketing objectives.
- Ensure the articulation of the organisation’s intended image and position in the healthcare industry to the targeted segments.
- Analyse the market potential of and competitive landscape via market research studies and develop suitable Sales & Marketing plans based on the inferences in coordination with the respective corporate team.
- Design health care packages in consultation with Operations team,



in respective focus areas.
- Coordinate between team mates, operations team and finance team for smooth process flow in respective focus areas.
- Support the Center Heads in driving the center level and regional level marketing campaigns
- Put in place processes to analyse and quantify the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives and channels for periodic review and take appropriate action.
