Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Conduct initial assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide both routine and complex medical procedures, including life-saving interventions when required.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to urgent and emergency situations, coordinating with emergency teams and specialists to stabilize patients.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure integrated patient care.
- Patient and Family Education: Advise patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Teaching and Supervision: Assist in training interns, medical students, and junior staff, and participate in clinical rounds and case discussions.
- Administrative Duties: Perform medical administrative tasks,



including coordinating in-patient management, discharge processes, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest medical research, clinical guidelines, and best practices to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications and Skills
- Medical Degree: MBBS, MD, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Medical License: Valid license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Clinical Experience: Several years of hospital or clinical experience, with strong diagnostic and procedural skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Professionalism: Ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations calmly, and commit to ongoing career development.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
