Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and senior staff.
- Assist in diagnostic tests and analyse results.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Documentation & Records:
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and patient records.
- Document nursing interventions and responses.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Hygiene & Safety:
- Uphold infection control and health and safety standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of patient areas and assist in maintaining a secure environment.

Rotational Shifts available.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
