We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Career Counsellor (Inside Sales Specialist) who is passionate about guiding students and helping them choose the right career path. This role combines career counseling with inside sales, where you will interact with prospective students, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable programs.
Location: Pondicherry
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 0-2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students via calls and messages
- Understand students’ academic background and career goals
- Provide detailed information about programs and courses
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Solid English communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Interest in career counseling and student interaction
- Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Training & Compensation
- Initial 2 months of structured training:
- ₹10,000 stipend per month during training
- Post-training salary will be fixed as per market standards, based on individual performance
