Job Description:
ACN Motors is a multi-brand automobile service and restoration workshop based in Madurai. We are looking for a responsible Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting work, billing, and record maintenance in our workshop.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining daily accounts and financial records
- Prepare invoices and billing entries
- Enter purchase and expense details
- Maintain basic GST and accounting records
- Support accountant in daily financial tasks
- Maintain proper documentation and files
- Coordinate with suppliers for billing details

Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in accounts or office administration
- Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Valuable organizational and record-keeping skills
